The funny thing is I already run RSS on this site, so whoever it was, they didn't need to take this step.

I wasn't the one who set it up (wouldn't know how if I wanted to), but I'll likely use it. :)

livejournal syndication

It is a livejournal syndication feed. This allows livejournal users to have your RSS feed as part of their "friends" list, so they don't have to venture off livejournal to read your blog.
